In over 15 years in the industry, I started as a top-producing solo agent and now lead a Top 1% team in my market (Fort Collins, CO). With over 600 career sales, I've hustled, struggled, burned out and failed forward to a point in my career that I've learned the REAL reason for growing a real estate business; To achieve Time, Money and Location Freedom and live a life of fulfillment and meaning (not just sell more houses).
